To Establish Your Wholesale Account and  receive wholesale online listed prices, you must:
  •  Make a first time purchase of $100 to establish your wholesale account using the online listed prices
  •  Thereafter,  minimum of $50 per order or 20% will be automatically be added to the order. 
  •   IF Shipping to a FLORIDA address a FL SALES TAX ID REQUIRED OR TAX WILL BE APPLIED! Send a signed copy to us at magsupply@aol.com or fax it to 813-779-3323 (this is required annually)
 
How to "Make a retail purchase"?
  • Take online listed wholesale price times two.   i.e. list for $2 x 2 = $4 retail. 
  • If shipping to a Florida address 7% Florida Sales Tax will be applied to total.
  • We offer 10% discount on repeat retail purchase > $20
  • We offer 20% discount on repeat retail purchase > $50

  • We accept VISA and Master Card credit card payments from ONLY already established accounts.
    We ONLY ship to confirmed address on your bank card and there will be 6% added for the processing fee.

  • $100 USD is minimum

We ship : UPS STANDARD OR EXPEDITED,  International Express Priority Mail and US Priority. A tracking number will be supplied. If you want package insured this is additional and only far the amount that is allowable with an online pickup request.  Should a claim arise, we will only allow what the carrier pays and only when and if they pay the claim will the amount be refunded to you the customer.  Our only obligation is proof of shipping by providing the tracking number.

A package returned to us due to refusal or misrouting will result in MSC being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed to us by you the customer.

Beware - International shipping is at your risk for loss or damage. We are not responsible for cost incurred by Duty in your Country. Should a package not be accepted and returned for non-payment of duty or acceptance, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping before the product can re-ship. Also responsible for the restock fees noted below.
We do not take any of the responsibility other than offering the tracking information, proof of pick up and address information.

SHIPPING   UPS IS OUR STANDARD METHOD OF M -F Shipping
We can also ship US Priority Mail or Express Mail at your request.
If not noted by you we will choose best for receipt time and cost.
  • Please Read
    US mail does not honor insurance in all cases.
  • US mail can take up to one year to settle a claim.
  • US mail will not take a claim till package is missing for at least 21days  (for complete details www.usps.com
  • UPS settles any claim within 7  - 10 business days in most cases.
     
  • SHIPPING: All orders are shipped within 24 hours    when possible.
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • We will make every effort to process in the time frame above, however if you need the product by a certain date please allow as much time as possible.

    IF YOU REQUIRE QUICKER SHIPMENT IT WILL HAVE TO BE ACCEPTED
    UPON RECEIPT OF ORDER WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF WE CAN NOT MEET YOUR REQUEST.
  • We will also try to meet special shipping requirements ~ UPS next day, two day and 3 day are available please let us know required delivery date and we will let you know if we can comply on each special shipping request!
  • All shipping is paid by customer and is non-refundable. Any cost for address corrections made by UPS to deliver package will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please give us a complete and correct address so there are no extra charges or delays.
RETURN INFO
  •  
    • RETURNS for any reason other than damaged upon receipt, must be sent back within 14 days from UPS receipt date  15% restock will apply. Items for exchange must be returned first and shipped separate from any new order and shipping is at your expense both ways 5% restock fee.
    •  Returning for equal exchange  within 15 - 30 days from UPS receipt date 15% added
    • Returns for equal exchange or credit after 30 days - not accepted. If an exception is made after 30 days a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
    • Refused  orders will be subjects to a 20% restocking charge no other order will be sent till the charge is paid including all return shipping charges.
    •  Returning for equal exchange  within 14 days from UPS receipt date 5% handling charged minimum charge $2.95. The Invoice or copy must be returned with request for exchange along with product. Be sure to send complete credit card info for balance due with shipped replacements.
      EQUAL EXCHANGE = SAME PRODUCT - IE YOU ORDER CLASP - YOU WANT A DIFFERENT ONE = EQUAL EXCHANGE.

       

  • Goods that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for return.  If purchased in a group for discount, all items must be returned.
  • The Invoice or copy must be returned with request for refund or exchange along with product.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed as we can fit them into the daily orders at our discretion.
  • All returns or exchanges are sent regular ground or US mail.
  • No Exceptions! Credit will not be processed nor product returned if policy not followed.
  • Special order items are n on-refundable.
  • All shipping is paid by customer both ways and is non-refundable.
  • No returns on closeout item or sale items.

ClOSEOUTS, SHORTAGE or DAMAGE - MUST EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE.
International customers: We will replace the items with your next order.

  • All orders are double checked for accuracy. 
     However, should you get an order that is missing items, please email immediately and we will ship your missing item(s)   by regular ground UPS or US mail as determined by us or we will issue a store credit to your account or if over $20 we will credit to your credit card.  For small discrepancies we may  may choose not  ship the item and offer a credit on the next order at our discretion. For wrong items, email us, send the return and we will replace or credit your account depending on the discrepancy as determined by us.
    • Incorrect products must be return within two weeks(14 days) from UPS receipt date - NO EXCEPTIONS!

    • Send a copy of the invoice with the reason for return.

    • No Exceptions! Credit will not be processed nor product returned if policy not followed.

    We guarantee our Magnets to be of top quality.

  • We will gladly replace the product due to any defect upon receipt ~ send it to address below.
     Inferior products must be return within two weeks(14 days) from UPS receipt date - NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All items must be packaged in same as received and no damage to labels, strands as sent etc.

  • Send a copy of the invoice with the reason for return.

  • No Exceptions! Credit will not be processed nor product returned if policy not followed.

    Errors must be reported upon receipt of order via email to magsupply@aol.com

  • Errors or defects less than $10 will be credited to your next invoice or we can ship the item with your next order.  Please let us know when you email which you prefer.  In case of error greater than $10 we will only ship by cheapest method  at our cost, or credit your credit card or send with your next order.

Send by US Regular mail with delivery confirmation. Send us the DC number and we can mail out right away. If you want send before you mail then we will have to charge and then credit on your next order.

We suggest you insure package or - it is yours till it is in our hands!
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
